Providing mental health support in-person and via telehealth. Supporting individuals, parents, and those in the perinatal period with a variety of difficulties.

Hi, I’m Emily…

I know how daunting it is to ask for help when you’re struggling, but I want you to know that help and hope are available. Even better, therapy can be a highly rewarding and empowering experience.

I have a clinical interest in parenting and the perinatal period, and understand the unique challenges and joys that come with this stage of life. Whether you are thinking about starting a family or trying to conceive, are pregnant, postpartum, or have children, I support you to care for your mental health and well-being.

Wise Mind Psychology Clinic provides a safe and affirming space for people of all ethnicities, cultures, genders, sexualities and neurotypes.

  • Appointments

Therapy can help you work through life’s difficulties, so that you can find joy, lead a rich and fulfilling life, and feel more connected to your family and those around you. I aim to help you build resilience, cope with stress, and if you have children, find balance in your role as a parent.

The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important components of therapy (even more important than which model or type of therapy is used). I place a strong emphasis on connection, rapport, and building trust.
